The Development Review Division is responsible for the regulatory permitting and inspection oversight of development within the County to assure consistency with the Growth Management Plan, Land Development Code, Code of Laws, and respective County Ordinances and Resolutions.

 Firewise Clearing Information

The Collier County Land Development Code (LDC) currently permits or exempts clearing of vegetation to implement preserve management plans, wildfire mitigation plans, and create fire breaks to help reduce the threat of wildfire. DOWNLOAD applicable regulations regarding LDC and GMP sections.
