Floodplain Management provides presentations to homeowner associations, condominium associations, rotary groups, professional organizations, and other specific groups regarding the following information:

• Benefits of the Community Rating System program 
• History of the National Flood Insurance Program
• Flood insurance
• Elevation certificate information
• Building and construction standards in the floodplain

Floodplain Management can also set up informational booths at local stores or community gatherings.  Please email Floodplain Management at floodinforequest@colliercountyfl.gov if you are interested in a presentation or an information booth at your event.
