The focus of this Division is to maintain safe traffic operation on our County's roads, implement capital improvements for the transportation network and to acquire needed property for capital programs. Within the Transportation Engineering Division there are four Sections that work in conjunction, but within their distinct disciplines, to promote the quality, safety and the efficiency of the County's road network through sound engineering principles, quality construction, diligent oversight and effective maintenance.
