There are two Med Center locations to serve our employees. Primary care services are available at both locations at no cost ($0 copay) for covered employees, spouses, and children 16 years of age and older who have the County's health. 

You must be enrolled in our health plan to use The Med Centers.

Appointment Availability: Call ahead to schedule an appointment at The Med Center.  

Proof of Coverage: Spouses and eligible children will need to bring their health insurance card as proof of coverage. If you do not have an insurance card, contact Dan Ross, the on-site Allegiance Representative at 1-855-333-1004, option 7, extension 3702, or stop by the Risk Management Benefits Office to see Dan.

TeleHealth: Millennium Physicians Group offers Telehealth visits. "MPG Connect" is an easy way to stay connected with your provider. This service is at no cost when you use The Med Center(s). Contact one of The Med Center locations for more details. 

Vaccines: The Med Center offers the SHINGRIX vaccine to covered members 50 years of age and older and the PNEUMOCOCCAL vaccine to covered members 65 years of age and older.
