Who Qualifies:
The Conservation Collier Program was created to purchase qualifying, undeveloped land in Collier County to establish community nature preserves. Landowners are invited to apply to have their property evaluated based on set criteria for purchase.

How Properties Are Added to the Conservation Collier Program:

1.Property Owner Application
Landowners can apply directly to have their property considered for purchase. Interested sellers need to submit an application. To submit the application electronically, click here to SUBMIT AN ELECTRONIC APPLICATION. To download a paper copy of the application to submit by mail, click here for a Downloadable Application to Submit via Mail

2. Community Member Nomination During an active acquisition cycle, members of the public can nominate a property if they are not the land owner. Once a nomination is received, the owners of the property will be contacted by Conservation Collier staff to determine if they are a willing seller and interested in applying. Conservation Collier is currently accepting nominations. To nominate a property, FILL OUT THIS ONLINE NOMINATION FORM or email us at ConservationCollier@colliercountyfl.gov with the property information including property id (folio #) and owner's name which can be found on the Collier County Property Appraiser Website
